Candidates are expected to bring organization, motivation, the ability to thrive in a fast-moving world, creativity, and the strong desire to convert conservations into clients. You must be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Phone calls, client meetings, and maintaining and growing client relationships are part of the position. You also have a good working knowledge of MS Office, are punctual, hit deadlines, and have a desire for professional development.
