With fully integrated automation, press pre-setting, preprogrammed production catalogs, and computer-to-plate (CTP) systems, we ensure maximum efficiency, consistency, and quality. ‘Serving Printers and Publishers Worldwide’
Great West chose Web Offset Services of Sarasota-Florida, as its partner to design its new production facility which includes a state of the art printing press with a fully automated and integrated work flow system. This is one of the most versatile and efficient coldset printing operations running anywhere in the world today. On this one press, single, double and triple width production is possible at the push of a button. Product sizes can range from 25 to 42cm with fully automated changeovers. Efficiency is extremely high only requiring 3 people to produce a 6 section, full color 72 page broadsheet newspaper at very low levels of waste while delivering a high level of consistent quality meeting or exceeding Ifra standards.
